Professional installation by a suitably qualified person may be recommended or required depending on the product and local regulations.

Adding a product to a shopping cart does not necessarily guarantee that the product will remain available until checkout is completed.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed and Zenvora cannot fulfill the order, we will contact the customer and provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a refund where applicable.

Zenvora currently accepts credit and debit cards through Stripe, subject to availability.

Shipping and delivery are governed by our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates unless a guaranteed delivery service is expressly stated.

For chandelier and lighting products, customers are responsible for following applicable installation, electrical, safety, and product-use instructions.
Zenvora is not responsible for damage resulting from unauthorized modification, improper installation, misuse, negligence, or failure to follow applicable product instructions, except where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
